Facilities
At Fitzroy Court Stables, we pride ourselves in our facilities which include our horse walker, a secure tack room, on site toilet facilities, hard standing for lorry and trailer parking and qualified, knowledgeable staff on hand.
Our horse walker was installed in 2018. It comfortably holds 5 horses and has a rubber brick floor to ensure the maximum comfort and wellbeing of our horses.
When it comes to turnout, we have got 20 acres of land to choose from. We have split winter and summer grazing, and the option for individual turnout or group turnout to make sure that each horse is as happy as possible when in our care.
Our 30 x 40m sand and fibre arena comes with a full set of jumps and poles and is fully floodlit. It is maintained regularly by the team to ensure the best possible surface at all times.
We have extra large, airy stables which are 18ft x 12ft to accommodate even the biggest of horses for breakfast in bed! Each stable also has a storage area behind which is 6ft x 12ft for each livery to keep all their rugs and personal belongings.
We are on the doorstep of the Mendip hills, which provide us with miles and miles of off road hacking within riding distance of the yard.
We are also very fortunate to be in a rural location, so we also have ample amounts of country lanes to hack around from the yard.
